FAQ
In Vietnam's parks — Ba Na Hills and others — the price depends on height, not age. A child taller than 140 cm counts as an adult.
How they measure
- Height gauge. At the entrance and in the restaurant there are rigid posts with marks. The child stands right against them.
- With shoes on. They measure in whatever you came in. If sneaker soles add 2 cm and the child goes over the mark, you pay for an adult ticket. Nobody will let you take your shoes off.
- Double check. Height is checked first before boarding the cable car, then again at the restaurant entrance. If the bar touches the top of the head there, you will have to pay extra.
- Arguing is pointless. Staff have cameras and instructions. Showing a passport or negotiating won't work. Touched the bar — you pay.
If the height is around 140 cm
- Shoes. High sneakers cost extra money. Put the child in flat sneakers or sandals.
- Measure at home. Be sure to measure the child against a wall — in the exact shoes you will wear on the trip.
- 138–139 cm is borderline. Better to buy an adult ticket straight away: 300,000 dong is not worth your nerves.
Extra payment and refunds
- If the child measures 140 cm or more, the difference must be paid on the spot — both for the park ticket and for the tour itself.
- If you refuse to pay the difference, the tour and tickets are not refunded — they are forfeited.
Most importantly: the group will not wait while you sort it out. The tour price is not refunded.
Tour prices are in US dollars. There are two ways to pay.
In two steps. A deposit of 50% or more — no later than one day before the tour. The balance is paid to the guide in cash before departure, in dong or dollars.
Fully online. 100% — also no later than one day before the tour.
Online we accept: rubles via SBP transfer, dong via QR code, USDT via Bybit UID transfer. Cash dollars — in some cases our staff member can come to you, only for hotels in the tourist area.
Cash dollars: only 100-dollar bills with the blue stripe, without creases, stamps or writing. Change is given in dong.
We do not accept: old-design dollars, bills smaller than 100 dollars, card payments via terminal, crypto wallets.
Rubles and dong are converted at the company's internal rate on the day of payment.

We pick you up for free from addresses and hotels in Da Nang's tourist areas. Transfers from remote areas cost extra depending on the distance. Please ask for details when booking.

We book transport in advance, and for some tours also entrance tickets, lunches and activities. The deposit confirms your place on the tour.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, the deposit is not refunded. Rescheduling is possible if seats are available.
Our tours are not suitable for strollers because of the routes. For little ones we recommend a sling or baby carrier.
No minimum. We will run a tour even for 1 person.
Under Vietnamese law, a passenger list is drawn up for passenger water transport. For foreign citizens it includes passport details. So a passport photo of every participant must be provided before the tour. Without these details boarding is not possible.
