FAQ
There is no single rule on Phu Quoc — each tour has its own. Height usually matters more than age.
By tour
- Southern islands and snorkeling. Child ticket — up to 140 cm. Under 1 meter — free.
- Safari and Starfish Beach. Child ticket — from 1 meter to 140 cm. Under 1 meter — free.
- Cable car and islands. Child ticket — up to 140 cm. Free for children under 4 and no taller than 1 meter.
- Treasures of Southern Phu Quoc. The only tour priced by age: child ticket from 5 to 10 years.
Important: height is measured on site with shoes on. If the soles add a couple of centimeters and the child reaches the bar, the ticket will be an adult one. Measure at home in advance, in the same shoes.
Prices are per person. All tours include hotel transfer both ways, an English- or Russian-speaking guide and lunch. Entrance tickets, the boat, snorkeling gear and drinks are included where stated in the tour description. Only extra activities are paid separately: Seawalker helmet diving and scuba diving with an instructor.
We pick you up from your hotel.
Tour prices are in US dollars. There are two ways to pay.
In two steps. A deposit of 50% or more — no later than one day before the tour. The balance is paid to the guide in cash before departure, in dong or dollars.
Fully online. 100% — also no later than one day before the tour.
Online we accept: rubles via SBP transfer, dong via QR code, USDT via Bybit UID transfer. Cash dollars — in some cases our staff member can come to you, only for hotels in the tourist area.
Cash dollars: only 100-dollar bills with the blue stripe, without creases, stamps or writing. Change is given in dong.
We do not accept: old-design dollars, bills smaller than 100 dollars, card payments via terminal, crypto wallets.
Rubles and dong are converted at the company's internal rate on the day of payment.

Under Vietnamese law, a passenger list is drawn up for passenger water transport. For foreign citizens it includes passport details. So a passport photo of every participant must be provided before the tour. Without these details boarding is not possible.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, the deposit is not refunded. Rescheduling is possible if seats are available.
Programs on Phu Quoc are group tours, priced per person. Fishing trips go out with a group of 7 or more; a private trip is priced separately. If you want a tour just for your own party — message us and we'll quote it.
