Per person, for groups of two or more. Tours are private: the car and guide are just for you, groups up to 8. For the Lan Ha cruise the transfer from Hanoi is extra — $180 per car.
An air-conditioned car or minivan, a guide and entrance tickets on the route; on overnight tours — the hotel. Lunches and dinners are extra unless the tour description says otherwise.
From any hotel in Hanoi — or from the airport if the tour is on your arrival day.
Yes. Tours aren't tied to dates — we start on any day you like. The program can be adjusted for you.
The guide speaks Russian. Need an English-speaking guide? Write to us and we'll check.
The Lan Ha cruise and the seaplane flight are booked with full prepayment only. If you miss the yacht, the money is not refunded. For other tours — see «How do I pay for a tour?» below.
Tour prices are in US dollars. There are two ways to pay.
In two steps. A deposit of 50% or more — no later than one day before the tour. The balance is paid to the guide in cash before departure, in dong or dollars.
Fully online. 100% — also no later than one day before the tour.
Online we accept: rubles via SBP transfer, dong via QR code, USDT via Bybit UID transfer. Cash dollars — in some cases our staff member can come to you, only for hotels in the tourist area.
Cash dollars: only 100-dollar bills with the blue stripe, without creases, stamps or writing. Change is given in dong.
We do not accept: old-design dollars, bills smaller than 100 dollars, card payments via terminal, crypto wallets.
Rubles and dong are converted at the company's internal rate on the day of payment.
